Consultation takes place in person, or via video call - consultation bookings will automatically be online, face to face consultations need to be arranged via email.  Before your first appointment, I will ask you to fill in a short medical questionnaire which will help me to understand what difficulties you are experiencing.

Consultations are a safe, confidential, relaxed space for you to express yourself and discuss anything that is bothering you.  For the Initial consultation please allow up to 90 minutes to explore the symptoms you are currently suffering while taking into account your physical, mental and emotional health concerns and history, what makes it better, or worse, how it started, and what you feel is going on, as well as the pathology of your symptoms and any inherited tendencies.  

We will discuss the causes of your underlying symptoms from a homeopathic perspective, the steps we will take to help you feel well again, how homeopathy can help, your unique individualised prescription and how to take it, and the outcomes that you are hoping to achieve. The prescription is included in the consultation cost.

Follow up appointments last up to an hour, and allow us to discuss your progress, and decide on the next course of action, giving you back control over your health. Some acute conditions may just require a couple of consultations, while more chronic, longer-lasting symptoms may take longer, to ensure we have really got to the bottom of the problem and resolve the underlying causes of your health imbalance. As per the 'about me' page, my own ME and Fibromyalgia symptoms saw an initial change straight away, with more progress within a few sessions, and I was completely pain free with energy within a year of starting treatment. Prior to this, I had spent years seeing specialists and therapists. Other conditions, such as my sons allergy resolved in just one homeopathy treatment!
