I’m Catherine and I live in the Cotswold’s with my husband, and children Henry aged 15 and Bella aged 7.

I started using homeopathy over 12 years ago after suffering with the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and ME. I had seen so many specialists in the search to reduce the debilitating pain and fatigue. After my first consultation with a Homeopath, I saw an immediate change, and within a few months of seeing her, my health had drastically improved, within 12 months I was no longer suffering from pain and my energy levels were back to normal.  Homeopathy gave me my life back!

As a family we have treated allergies, chicken pox, nose bleeds, broken bones, concussions, fevers, teething problems, chest infections, constipation, anxiety, infections, colds and coughs, flu, headaches, snoring, insomnia, pregnancy, childbirth, my own c-section, peri-menopause, post-surgical healing, to name a few!

Having seen the amazing power of homeopathy for my own family, I now help others create their best health, in a safe, gentle way, without side effects, and instead of, or alongside their existing medication.

I studied at the world renowned School of Homeopathy, receiving the Practitioner Advanced Diploma after studying for 4 years and two years of supervision.  I have since completed the Post Graduate Course at the Welsh School of Homeopathy and a course with Mike Andrews, a Homeopath with extensive experience in supporting children with Autism.
